If you choose to challenge the dispute and have submitted your evidence, it can take up to 55 days for a dispute to be concluded.
When a dispute is reported to us, we withhold funds from your Pin Payments balance equalling the amount disputed plus a dispute fee of $25 AUD or $25 NZD. The dispute fee is charged by the banking system. No profit is made by Pin Payments.

The funds withheld from your Pin Payments balance will be taken and returned to the cardholder's bank.
Ruled in your favour
The funds withheld from your Pin Payments balance will be released back into your balance. It will be represented as a miscellaneous credit in your next transfer.
