How can I challenge a dispute?

Once we’ve received notification of a dispute, we’ll send you an email. You can manage and respond to disputes from your Pin Payments dashboard.

To challenge a dispute, you must submit all the relevant evidence from your dashboard and we will send it on to the issuer. Your dashboard will indicate the due date for you to submit evidence.

Dispute timeline
You have 20 days to challenge a dispute for a Visa or Mastercard card, and 10 days for an American Express card.
